Admission Procedures

All applicants must submit the following documents:

  1. Completed course application form 1
  2. One recent passport-size photographs
  3. Front & Back photocopies of NRIC / Passport
  4. Certified true copies of academic certificates & transcripts 2
  5. Registration Fee

  1. Application forms are available from Jurong Academy office or download a application copy now.
  2. All applicants are required to bring along the original (for verification purpose) and 1 copy of the educational qualifications and result transcripts to apply for the programme.

Cheques must be made payable to "Jurong Academy Pte Ltd" .
